Fitness Classes

An inspired schedule of fitness and wellness classes will soon be available at Hotel Jackson, offering guests new ways to move, restore, and reconnect during their stay. Led by our full-time trainer, upcoming programming is expected to include a balanced mix of energizing and restorative experiences tailored to a variety of interests and ability levels.

Offerings will include:

  • Gentle flow yoga
  • Candlelight slow flow
  • Stretching and mobility
  • Yoga sculpt
  • Restorative practices, and guided recovery sessions
  • Pilates instruction
  • Guided meditation

As well as additional wellness classes designed to complement both active days in Jackson Hole and moments of deeper relaxation.
