Consistently ranked as one of the top ski resorts in the nation, “The Village” offers terrain parks, ski runs for every level of expertise.
Hotel Jackson provides multiple shuttles to the Village daily and will arrange for an on-site ski and snowboard rental fitting with preferred partner, Ski Butlers.
Due to daily ticket caps at the Village it is highly encouraged to secure your lift tickets prior to your planned ski day.
Please note that we can secure tickets up to 7 days until arrival.
BACKCOUNTRY AT JHMR
Start your day right by meeting your backcountry guide at 8:30 a.m. and riding the early Tram or Gondola to the top of the mountain. Learn the basics of performing an avalanche transceiver search and then exit the boundary gates to begin your adventure. For a successful day in the backcountry, come prepared with the right gear and equipment.
Skiers and riders should be confident on un-groomed black diamond terrain. Expert level preferred/required.
Note: Backcountry gear rentals are only available for clients with a Mountain Sports School backcountry booking.
