Everything you need to know before your visit to the Spa at Hotel Jackson—from arrival recommendations and treatment expectations to gratuities, wellness considerations, and spa etiquette.

Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted by our spa team, who will confirm your treatment preferences and guide you through a personalized consultation. You’ll have time to unwind before your service and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere designed to set the tone for deep relaxation.

We recommend arriving at least 20–30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This allows time to complete a brief intake form, change into a robe and slippers, and begin to relax before your session begins.

For most treatments, guests undress to their level of comfort. Our therapists are professionally trained in draping techniques to always ensure privacy and comfort. For facial and skincare services, you will remain partially clothed or wrapped in towels.

Yes. We are happy to accommodate requests for a specific therapist or gender preference whenever possible. Please share your preference at the time of booking to ensure availability.

Our curated spa menu features a variety of therapeutic massages—including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy—as well as customized facials, body rituals, and enhancements designed to reflect the natural serenity of Jackson Hole.

Gratuities are not included unless otherwise specified. For your convenience, a 22% service charge is typically recommended for exceptional service, though gratuity is always at your discretion and may be adjusted to your satisfaction.

To respect the time of our guests and therapists, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full service charge.

Spa facility access is reserved exclusively for guests with scheduled treatments. This ensures a serene, uncrowded experience for all guests.

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your treatment. Certain services may need to be adjusted or substituted to ensure your comfort and safety.

Yes. Many of our signature products and skincare lines are available for purchase in our retail boutique. Your therapist will be happy to recommend personalized products to extend the benefits of your spa experience at home.

Spa Etiquette & Guest Tips

Please arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, a brief wellness consultation, and relaxation before your service begins. Arriving late may limit your treatment time so we can honor the next guest’s appointment.

The Spa is a sanctuary of calm. We ask that you silence all mobile devices and speak softly to preserve the serene ambiance for all guests. Our goal is to create a restful space where you can fully unwind and disconnect.

A plush robe, slippers, and private locker will be provided for your comfort. During treatments, you may disrobe to your level of comfort—professional draping is used at all times to ensure your privacy and ease.

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or pregnancy prior to your treatment. This information allows us to tailor your experience safely and appropriately.

To maintain the tranquil environment of the Spa, guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive massage and body treatments. Certain facial services may be available to younger guests with parental consent; please inquire with our Spa Concierge.

Advance reservations are strongly recommended to ensure preferred times and therapist availability. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the full treatment charge.

We recommend leaving jewelry and valuables in your guest room safe. The Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
