Planning an amazing (and easy!) stay in Jackson Hole

We are very fortunate to live and work in Jackson Hole, and though we try not to be boastful about it, one of our favorite things is when guests ask us for recommendations on what to do in Jackson Hole. Most guests already know about the world-class skiing and wildlife tours and nearby national parks, so while we will, of course, make sure you know about the full range of options available to you in this incredible area, we also want to make sure you know just how much there is to enjoy within walking distance of our hotel.

Dining in Jackson Hole

ScallopsYou know we have to mention the most convenient restaurant of all: FIGS! FIGS is our very own restaurant featuring Mediterranean-inspired western fare with local and regionally sourced ingredients as well as handcrafted cocktails. We place a special emphasis on shared plates so you can taste a bit of everything and have a great time with friends.

If you think meat when you think Wyoming, then we recommend the Million Dollar Cowboy Steakhouse with their elevated meat-centric menu and impressive bar offerings. We can also whole-heartedly recommend Café Geneviève for southern-inspired comfort food, Hatch for their fresh modern Mexican cuisine and Jackon’s largest selection of Tequilas and Mezcals, and of course Cocolove for dessert.

Shoppingin Jackson Hole

Town SquareThe Jackson Hole Town Square is full of designer boutiques, specialty artisan stores and – of course – outfitters teaming with the finest in western and outdoor apparel. A walk around the Town Square provides you with options for everything from jewelry, gifts and collectibles to antiques, clothes and sporting goods.

The arts in Jackson Hole

Museum of Wildlife ArtAs much as people may automatically associate Jackson Hole with the great outdoors, this town of ours is a major hotspot for the arts. We boast several art galleries including the National Museum of Wildlife Art and the Center for the Arts, which has regular exhibits in the gallery as well as special events, theater, speakers, and dance and art classes.

And if you’re in the mood for a one of a kind purchase, Native Jackson Hole is the area’s destination for authentic treasures of the West. Native offers lifestyle pieces, jewelry and art. Be sure to also check out Rare Gallery. RARE Gallery is the place to satiate your thirst for the finest things in life. It is here you will find the most prolific and contemporary artists of the “New West.”

Be sure to get in touch to find out how we can help you plan your perfect Jackson Hole getaway.
