Jackson Hole Rodeo
Jackson Hole’s rodeo tradition stretches back more than 100 years to the early settlement of our valley and is rooted in our ranching heritage. Rodeo events such as bronc riding, roping, bull-riding and barrel racing demonstrate skills that are key to working cattle in the Old West. Each Wednesday and Saturday from Memorial Day through Labor Day, cowboys and cowgirls from all over test their mettle against the animals and each other as they compete for prizes and glory. This exciting activity is fun for people of all ages. As the sun sets over the Tetons, the energy at the rodeo grounds mounts!
